Sometimes people need to hear a ‘well done.’ I think it’s a
nice gesture because ‘well done’ can stand for for so many reasons. Well done
for making it to this point on your journey through life. I have taken to
congratulating and thanking people for the small things because I remember
being in hospital and having no one there to congratulate me if I ate well etc.
Not that no one came. Of course my family came when they could and I loved
seeing them. A piece of normality in all the craziness! I feel good for doing
this. Being able to congratulate people is important as is thanking them for
the small things that happen every day.
*Sorry it's so short!
